We know that staying in Oslo can be pricey, especially during the summer. That’s why we’re excited to offer an affordable alternative for attendees of the Footwear Conference, July 23–25, 2025: camping at the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences — just steps away from the event venue and the beautiful Sognsvann lake.
What’s Included:
• Tents available for booking: Choose between a single-person tent or a multi-person tent (to share with friends or other participants).
• Camping dates: Available from July 22 to 26, 2025.
• Facilities provided:
o Access to sanitary facilities (toilets and showers)
o Free Wi-Fi
o Electricity available at the campsite
o Secure lockers for your belongings
o Free access to the gym may also be available (details to come)
Food & Essentials:
• Meals and snacks will be available at the conference venue
• A grocery store is just a few minutes’ walk away from the campsite

• Single-person tent: NOK 1200 (~100€) covers the full conference duration
• Multi-person tent: NOK 1800 (~155€) covers the full conference duration
Please note:
• You must bring your own sleeping bag and sleeping mat, as these are not provided.
• If you book a multi-person tent, only one person needs to pay for the tent (you can split the cost among yourselves).
• Camping is subject to a minimum number of bookings. We are providing on-site security both day and night, and this service requires a certain number of participants.
• If the minimum is not reached, the camping option will be cancelled and all payments will be fully refunded.
