Laura Healey is a Senior Manager of Research and Sport Science within the PUMA Innovation team. Her team plays a key role in advancing PUMA’s understanding of athlete-footwear interactions, driving the development of more functional performance products. Guided by the principle that all performance footwear should be grounded in athlete needs, Laura and her team take an athlete-centered approach, utilizing biomechanical tools in both lab and field environments to generate insights that shape performance footwear innovation.
